![]() I recently got the UKF and now have all the factions in the game, from what I've seen british Infantry have a reasonable core infantry, but without the royal engineers their mortar capability are virtually none, and outside of the initial anti-tank gun, basically have the role of creeping defense behind a more aggressive ally, or in a 1v1, armoured assaults supplemented with core infantry and retreat point placements, their armour is surprisingly strong however, fireflies in tandem with cromwells help them outmanouveur (definitely spelt that wrong) and destroy the generally dominant Axis machinery, late game I often seem to forgo the basic infantry section and use the royal engineers doctrine extensively to give them vickers machine guns, then merely capture enemy tech as i advance, since the British infantry section has incredibly limited (at least for me) use against the later game emphasis on armour, outside of sandbag digging or trenches. Doctrinal Or Non-Doctrinal Respectively, Not any one unit in particular, but which faction can wield the best composition of infantry or armour, and not just raw power but their versatility and flexibility too
